Included:
- Children up to 3 years are free of charge. Cot and high chair free of charge.
- Bed linen, kitchen towels and bath towels are at your disposal and included in the rate. Change of bed linen upon request.
Supplements :
- Children 4 - 12 birthday 5.- € per day.
- Children 13 birthday and adult 10.- € per day.
- Dogs of any race upon request only. Surcharge of Euro 5.- per day.
- The amount does not include the daily tourist tax of € 3.00 per day and person (from 14 years).The local tax is used by tourism stakeholders to improve tourism infrastructures in the region. It is mainly used for the maintenance of hiking and biking trails, the development of the public transport network, the preservation of sights, natural areas and museums. It is also used to organize or support small and large events and to co finance tourist information centers.
Arrival and departure:
Possibly on Saturdays during peak season or upon request also on other days. On the day of arrival the apartments are available from 2 p.m. and should ,in so far as possible, be occupied by 6.30 p.m. Early arrival upon request (sometimes possible; depends on the number of arrivals and departures on that day). Please inform us in case of late arrival. In general it would be very convenient if you could inform us about your approximate time of arrival.
Deposit and reservation:
- Deposit: of € 150 - 400 by bank transfer required
- Outstanding payment: upon arrival, cash payments preferred
Booking confirmation:
After receipt of a written reservation by e-mail, fax or post and after settling the deposit amount. In general, oral reservations and reservations by phone are not sufficient, as they are not binding.
Late arrival, early departure:
In case of late arrival or early departure the apartment will be charged for the entire period booked.
