Additional Persons & Children

• €10 per night for each additional person (5 years and older)

• Children 0–3 years: free of charge

• Children 3–5 years: €5 per day

Local Tax
In addition to the apartment price, the local tax must be paid in cash on site (from 14 years of age). The local tax helps support and improve the tourist infrastructure in the region.
 

Final Cleaning / Interim Cleaning

• Final cleaning: €50

• Interim cleaning on request: €20

• Additional laundry change (bed linen and towels) on request: €15

Dogs
Dogs are welcome in selected apartments by prior arrangement. We charge €10 per day for your four-legged friends.

Included Services
We want your holiday to be as enjoyable as possible, so we offer a wide range of included services.

Arrival and Departure
The apartments are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Earlier arrival or later departure is possible on request. To help us plan better, we kindly ask you to let us know your approximate arrival time.

Booking Confirmation & Deposit
Once we have received your written reservation and deposit (we will inform you of the amount by email), we will send you a booking confirmation. Your reservation is then considered confirmed.

Payment
You can pay in cash, by bank transfer, by credit card (VISA, MasterCard), or by EC card.

Cancellation
The following cancellation policy applies:

• Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival

• From 30 days before arrival: 3 days of the agreed price will be charged

• From 14 days before arrival: 80% of the booking price will be charged

• In case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure: 100% will be charged

 

As unforeseen changes can sometimes occur at short notice, we recommend taking out an European travel insurance.
